Process of Counselling: -

·       Merit List: Based on candidates' BITSAT scores, BITS Pilani publishes a merit list. Candidates' names that qualify for counselling are listed on the merit list.

·       Online Registration: Applicants who made the merit list must register for counselling by going to the BITS Pilani official website.

·       Applicants must indicate throughout the registration procedure the campuses and branches they want.

·       Seat Allocation: The candidates' choices and the merit list are taken into consideration when allocating seats.

·       Reporting to the Allotted Campus: Applicants who have been given seats are required to report to their campus on the designated day and hour.

·       Verification of Documents: Applicants must have the necessary documentation on hand for verification. Mark sheets, certifications, and other required paperwork are among the files.

·       Payment of Fees: To confirm their admission, candidates who are given seats must pay the necessary fees.

·       Waitlist: BITS Pilani will publish a list of applicants if any seats are open. If there are any openings, seats will be given to those on the queue.

·       Candidates who do not receive seats in the first round of BITSAT counselling can still take part in the subsequent rounds of counselling, which are typically done in rounds.
