Counselling: -
Delhi University Joint Admission Test (DU-JAT) is conducted by Delhi
University for admission to various undergraduate courses such as Bachelor of
Management Studies (BMS), Bachelor of Business Administration (Financial
Investment Analysis) [BBA(FIA)], and Bachelor of Arts (Honors) in Business
Economics. The counselling procedure for DU-JAT contains the following steps:

Declaration
of Result: After the entrance exam, Delhi University will declare the result of
the DU-JAT. The applicants who have qualified the exam will be contacted for
counselling.
·
Registration
for Counselling: The candidates who have qualified the DU-JAT exam will have to
register for the counselling process. The registration process will be done
online on the official website of Delhi University.
·
Choice
Filling: Following registration, candidates must indicate their chosen colleges
and courses. They will have the choice to choose the college and course of
their choice, in that order.
·
Verification
of Documents: During the counselling procedure, candidates must bring their
original documents with them for verification. The mark sheet, transfer
certificate, caste certificate (if applicable), and other papers are needed for
verification.
·
Payment of
Fees: The candidates must pay the counselling charge after the document
verification procedure. The cost may be paid electronically.
·
Seat Allotment:
The process of assigning seats will be based on the candidate's rank,
preference, and the number of seats available. The applicants who are given a
seat must pay the entrance fee within the designated time frame.
·
Reporting
to institution: Following the payment of the admission fee, the candidates must
report to the designated institution by the date and time provided. They must
have their acceptance letter, payment receipt, and any other required paperwork
with them.

In order
to avoid any inconveniences throughout the counselling procedure, it is crucial
for the candidates to maintain track of the counselling timetable and pay close
attention to the instructions.
