Process of Counselling: -

The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board administers the GUJ-CET (Gujarat Common Entrance Test) for admission into a variety of undergraduate engineering, pharmacy, and other courses offered by Gujarati colleges. The GUJ-CET counselling procedure is carried out online and consists of the following steps:

·       Registration: Candidates who have passed the GUJ-CET exam must register for counselling by going to the Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC), Gujarat, official website.

·       Candidates are required to go to the designated help centres for document verification. The GUJ-CET admit card, mark sheet, school transcript, category certificate (if applicable), and other pertinent documents are needed for verification.

·       Choice Filling and Locking: Following the document verification procedure, candidates must fill in their preferences for colleges and courses. Candidates must confirm their selections by locking their choices after they have been entered.

·       Seat Allocation: The candidates' preferences and the merit list will be taken into consideration when allocating seats. The outcome of the seat distribution will be made public on the official website.

·       Payment of Fees: After receiving their seat assignments, candidates must use the online payment system on the official website to pay the applicable fees.

·       Candidates must report to the designated college by the designated date and hour after the fee payment has been confirmed. All required documents and certificates for the verification process must be carried by the candidates

·       Final Admission: When the candidates report to the designated college, their documentation will be checked. The candidates will be admitted to the college if all the paperwork is found to be in order.

It is significant to keep in mind that the counselling procedure can change from year to year. For information on updates and announcements relating to the counselling process, candidates are urged to often check the ACPC's official website.
