Process of Counselling: -
The IIIT-H Undergraduate Entrance Examination (UGEE) counselling
procedure is as follows:
·
Results
announcement: The IIIT-H UGEE results are often made public in June. The
official website is where candidates can check their results.
·
Counseling
schedule: The official website will make an announcement regarding the
counselling timetable. Applicants are required to follow the schedule and show
up for the counselling session at the appointed time and day.
·
At the
time of counselling, candidates must present all necessary documentation for
verification. Mark sheets, certifications, proofs of identity, and other
pertinent documents may be included in the list of documents needed.
·
Seat
distribution: Candidates will be assigned seats in various programs based on
the merit list and the number of available seats.
·
Fees must
be paid: Following the seat distribution process, candidates must pay the fees
associated with the program to which they have been admitted.
·
Reporting
to the Institute: In order to complete the admissions procedure, candidates who
have been given seats must report to the Institute on the designated date.
·
Waitlist:
If any seats remain unfilled following the initial round of counselling, a
waitlist will be created, and applicants on it will be given the opportunity to
enroll based on their ranking and the availability of seats.
·
To
guarantee a spot in their preferred program at IIIT-H, candidates must maintain
track of the counselling schedule and attend the counselling session on the
designated date and time.
