Process of
Counselling: -
The following steps are commonly included in
the NPAT-UG (National Test for Programs After Twelfth) counselling process:
· Results Announcement: Following the completion
of the NPAT-UG exam, the results are made public on the exam's official
website. The outcomes include the rankings and scores of the contenders.
· Candidates are shortlisted for the counselling
phase based on the results, which are announced by the participating
institutes. Email or SMS notifications are sent to the shortlisted candidates.
· Registration for Counselling: The candidates
who have been shortlisted must sign up for the counselling procedure. They must
fill out the registration form for counselling, pay the counselling cost, and
choose their desired program and institution.
· Verification of Documents: For verification,
candidates must present both their original documents and photocopies. Mark
sheets, certificates, category certificates (if applicable), and ID evidence
are among the documents that are needed.
· The shortlisted candidates must show up for a
personal interview (PI), which is held by the participating institutes. The
candidate's performance in the PI will determine who gets the job in the end.
· Seat Allotment: The candidate's PI performance,
program and institute preference, and the number of seats available are taken
into consideration for allotting seats.
· Payment of Admission cost: The candidate must
pay the admission cost after the seat has been assigned in order to secure
their admittance.
· Reporting to the Institute: The candidate must
arrive at the designated institute on the designated date after paying the
entrance fee in order to complete the admissions process.
· To ensure a smooth counselling procedure,
candidates must keep track of the timetable for counselling and adhere to the
guidelines provided by the participating institutes.
