Process of Counselling: -

The Symbiosis Institute of Technology conducts the SIT-EEE counselling procedure for the admission of applicants to its various engineering programmes. Candidates who have passed the entrance exam and are trying to get a place at the institute must go through the counselling process.

The steps in the SIT-EEE counselling procedure are as follows:

·       Applicants who passed the SIT-EEE admission exam will receive an invitation to take part in the counselling procedure. The institute will inform qualified applicants of the counselling date, time, and location.

·       Applicants must bring both their original documents and photocopies of their documents for verification. The candidates will be informed in advance of the needed document list.

·       Seat Allocation: Candidates will be assigned seats based on how well they performed on the entrance exam and the number of seats that are still available in the requested course. During the counselling process, candidates will be requested to select their chosen course and branch.

·       Payment of Fees: After a seat has been assigned, candidates must pay the necessary fees to secure their admission. The candidates will be informed in advance of the fee schedule.

·       Reporting to the Institute: After paying the fees, candidates must arrive at the institute on the designated date and time to complete the admissions procedures.

·       Waitlist: A waitlist will be made public if any seats remain open following the counselling process. If any spaces open up, applicants who are on the waitlist will be given consideration for admission.

·       To ensure a simple and hassle-free admission procedure, it is crucial for candidates to adhere to the directions provided by the institute during the counselling process.
