Process of Counselling: -

The following steps are commonly included in the SNAP (Symbiosis National Aptitude Test) counselling process:

·       Results Announcement: Following the SNAP exam, the results are made public on the exam's official website. The outcomes include the rankings and scores of the contenders.

·       Candidates are shortlisted for the counselling phase based on the results, which are announced by the participating institutes. Email or SMS notifications are sent to the shortlisted candidates.

·       Registration for Counselling: The candidates who have been shortlisted must sign up for the counselling procedure. They must fill out the registration form for counselling, pay the counselling cost, and choose their desired program and institution.

·       Verification of Documents: For verification, candidates must present both their original documents and photocopies. Mark sheets, certificates, category certificates (if applicable), and ID evidence are among the documents that are needed.

·       The shortlisted candidates must show up for the group exercise (GE), writing ability test (WAT), and personal interview (PI) administered by the participating institutes. The candidate's performance in the GE, WAT, and PI will determine who will be chosen at the end.

·       Seat Allotment: The candidate's performance in the GE, WAT, and PI, their preferred program and institute, and the seats that are available are taken into consideration for allotting seats.

·       Payment of Admission cost: The candidate must pay the admission cost after the seat has been assigned in order to secure their admittance.

·       Reporting to the Institute: The candidate must arrive at the designated institute on the designated date after paying the entrance fee in order to complete the admissions process.

·       To ensure a smooth counselling procedure, candidates must keep track of the timetable for counselling and adhere to the guidelines provided by the participating institutes.
