Process of Counselling: -

For admission to undergraduate design programs provided by multiple IITs and other universities, UCEED (Undergraduate Common Entrance Examination for Design) is a national entrance exam that is administered by IIT Bombay.

The following steps are part of the UCEED counselling process:

·       Online Registration: Applicants who pass the UCEED exam must register online in order to participate in the counselling process. The submission of documentation and payment of the counselling charge are both part of the registration process.

·       Filling Your Choices: Applicants must fill out their preferences for programs and institutes. Applicants are free to select whichever many programs and institutions they want.

·       Seat Allotment: The candidate's UCEED rank, category, and program and institute preferences are taken into consideration for allocating seats. A provisional admission letter will be given to applicants to whom a seat has been assigned.

·       Verification of Documents: Applicants who have been given a seat must go to the appropriate reporting centre to have their documents checked. All necessary documents must be carried by candidates in original form and as photocopies.

·       Acceptance of Seat: Applicants who are offered a seat must confirm their acceptance within the designated time frame and pay the entrance fee.

·       Applicants who have accepted their seats must report to the institute on the designated date and time for additional admissions procedures.

·       It's critical for applicants to follow the counselling schedule and be informed of any updates offered by the UCEED conducting authority. To ensure a simple and hassle-free counselling session, candidates should also have all necessary documentation and adhere to the counselling standards.
