Process of Counselling: -

The United World Institute of Design administers the UID-EE (United World Institute of Design Entrance Test) as a national entrance examination for enrollment in the institute's undergraduate and graduate design program.

The following steps are part of the UID-EE counselling process:

·       Applicants who pass the UID-EE exam are shortlisted based on their exam performance and contacted for the counselling procedure.

·       Online Registration: Candidates who have been shortlisted must register online in order to participate in the counselling process. The submission of documentation and payment of the counselling charge are both part of the registration process.

·       Review of Portfolio: Candidates who have been shortlisted must submit their design portfolios. The portfolio ought to demonstrate their technical and creative abilities and provide some insight into their design-thinking process.

·       Personal Interview: Those who have been shortlisted must show up for a personal interview. The interviewing team evaluates the applicant's talent for design, communication abilities, and general personality.

·       Seat Allotment: The candidate's performance in the UID-EE, design portfolio, and personal interview are taken into account when allocating seats. A provisional admission letter will be given to applicants to whom a seat has been assigned.

·       Verification of Documents: Applicants who have been given a seat must go to the appropriate reporting centre to have their documents checked. All necessary documents must be carried by candidates in original form and as photocopies.

·       Acceptance of Seat: Applicants who are offered a seat must confirm their acceptance within the designated time frame and pay the entrance fee.

·       Applicants who have accepted their seats must report to the institute on the designated date and time for additional admissions procedures.

Candidates should maintain track of the counselling timetable and keep up with any new details released by the UID-EE conducting authority. To ensure a simple and hassle-free counselling session, candidates should also have all necessary documentation and adhere to the counselling standards.
